Persona: Family of four — parents (tech professionals) and two children (8 & 12).

Persona: Ashanti, a scientist from Ghana pursuing her PhD in Environmental Sciences at UC Berkeley, requested a clean modern apartment with a strong focus on sustainable materials.

Space planning and drafting for a 1,130.75 sq ft coffee shop designed to accommodate approximately 20 people, optimizing circulation, seating, and functional zones.
